Friends of Gender Equality Plus (FOGE+)

The OECD Secretary-General, Mathias Cormann, delivers opening remarks, followed by presentations from Deputy Secretary-General Fabrizia Lapecorella and Deputy Director Isabell Koske, highlighting progress in implementing gender mainstreaming within their portfolios. The event also features presentations by Young Tae Kim, Secretary-General of the International Transport Forum, Mary Burce Warlick, Deputy Executive Director at the International Energy Agency, and William D. Magwood IV, Director-General of the Nuclear Energy Agency.

Marking its fifth year, the FOGE+ progress report provides insights into the status of gender actions across the OECD. This meeting plays a key role in shaping discussions for the upcoming Council session in February 2025 on the implementation of the OECD’s Gender Strategy.
