Personal Data Protection Notice for the OECD/ITF SUMMIT

The OECD is committed to protecting the personal data it processes, in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Rules.

The personal information provided by the participant upon registration is used to:

-              Guarantee the organization, execution, and evaluation of the Event.

-              Communicate with participants regarding event-related information

Data Sharing with Third Parties
Personal data will only be shared with third parties involved in event management, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards:

  • Leipziger Messe (Germany) – for processing online payments for the ITF Summit.
  • Event Lab (Germany) – for the development and management of the registration process.
  • MailChimp (USA) – MailChimp, USA, for sending bulk email communications such as newsletters, platform alerts, and event notifications.

No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Data Storage and Retention
Personal data will be stored securely by Event Lab and retained for up to 3 years for accountability and auditing purposes. Additionally, ITF will store collected data in its secure data center, with access restricted to authorized ITF staff. Participants may request data deletion at any time.

Under the applicable rules, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, object to its processing, and request its erasure under certain circumstances. To exercise these rights in connection with this project, event, or survey, please contact dp@itf-oecd.org.
