E-scooters - cycling’s friend or foe? (Webinar)

E-scooters and other forms of micromobility are proving increasingly popular as a means of getting about cities. With the Government currently consulting on how they might be introduced, are there any lessons we can learn from other countries? How do those riding e-scooters interact with the road and its other users, like cyclists? Can they help cities cut air pollution or carbon emissions?

• The operator’s perspective: Alan Clarke - Director of UK policy and government affairs at Lime, one the world’s largest operators of e-scooters and e-bikes.
• Addressing climate change and congestion through micro-modes: Tom Bogdanowicz - LCC’s Senior Policy and Development Officer and contributor to LCC’s reports on micromobility and Climate Safe Streets.
