Young Tae Kim at CAF Argentina
Upon invitation by CAF (the Development Bank of Latin America), ITF Secretary-General Young Tae Kim will address the CAF Conference on "Infrastructure for Development Conference" in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 25 April 2018. Secretary-General Kim will also meet with Argentinian Minister of Transportation Guillermo Dietrich. Young Tae Kim met with CAF President Luis Carranza Ugarte (photo) on arrival at the conference.
