Personal Data Protection Notice for Projects, Events, and Surveys

The OECD is committed to protecting the personal data it processes, in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Policy Rules.

The ITF collects personal data through surveys, limited to participants’ professional contact details, including name, surname, and email address. This data will be used to process survey results and/or to organize events or meetings.

The personal data we collect will be stored securely on the third-party survey platform and retained until the completion of the project, event, or survey. Only ITF staff managing the survey will have access to your data.

Under the applicable rules, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, object to its processing, and request its erasure under certain circumstances. To exercise these rights in connection with this project, event, or survey, please contact dp@itf-oecd.org.
