In this workshop, participants discuss the values of strategic foresight and learn about the most commonly used tools and techniques that can be applied to transport planning. Three subsequent workshops in 2023 will build upon this workshop and will inform the development of Lithuania Transport and Communication Sector 2050. This workshop is hosted by Strata, the International Transport, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and supported by the European Commission (DG REFORM).
