Webinar: Transportation 2050 - Pathways to Decarbonisation and Climate Resilience in Latin America and the Caribbean

Registration: https://iadb-org.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_cA7dEn6tRXWEoyU2s95gig#/registration

This webinar presents the findings of the Inter-American Development Bank's flagship report on transport and climate change in Latin America and the Caribbean. The report analyses the state of transport as an active and passive subject of climate change, identifies gaps with respect to the countries that are at the forefront of the sector's transformation worldwide, and makes policy recommendations to build the institutional and policy architecture needed in the region to accelerate the systemic change the sector needs to comply with the Paris Agreement. The report was developed in collaboration with the International Transport Forum (ITF), the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), the International Road Federation (IRF), the International Association of Port and Harbors (IAPH), and Airports Council International - Latin America and Caribbean (ACI-LAC).

The webinar takes place on Thursday, 19 October 2023 from 10-11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
