Indian and international transport stakeholders reinforce co-operation on decarbonising transport in India and the South and Southeast Asia regions at this two-day, invitation-only event.
Experts from ITF, UC Davis India ZEV Research Centre, Wuppertal Institute and GIZ share findings and policy outcomes of various initiatives related to decarbonising the Indian transport system.
ITF highlights include results from the Decarbonising Transport in Emerging Economies - India, the NDC Transport Initiative for Asia, Asian results from the ITF Transport Outlook and the SIPA (Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia) project.
The discussions feature an exchange of knowledge and experience among regional counterparts grappling with analogous challenges in decarbonising their transport systems. The event also offers networking between transport researchers, private and public sector professionals, and high-level transport representatives.
This event is part of the Decarbonising Transport in Emerging Economies - India, and the NDC Transport Initiative for Asia projects.
