Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia – Transport (SIPA-T) Uzbekistan Pre-kick-off and training workshop
The workshop gathered key stakeholders from the urban transport sector in Tashkent and Uzbekistan to have an initial discussion on the national roadmap study for Tashkent and share the ITF approach to developing decarbonising pathways for urban passenger transport. In particular, event participants introduced general principles of modelling theory and supporting data collection, ensured a common understanding of key concepts, capacities and limitations of the ITF approcah and showcased practical examples to identify potential outputs for Tashkent.
